The majestic sound of the Ikiranka ensemble paves its own path, combining elements of folk music, ambient and jazz. The band’s repertoire includes original compositions, folk music reprises and improvisations. Ikiranka leads Etno-Espa audiences away from their busy and familiar everyday surroundings, to take a moment somewhere else. The group’s music has been released across two albums, most recently with Sydänmaa in 2023.
