SAT 9.8. 14:00 Children’s Saturday: Pajunen

Pajunen: Songs from the hat

There are two things that Tero Pajunen has for every situation: a song and a hat. This super talented songwriter, folk musician, multi-instrumentalist and vocal acrobat leads the audience from one musical style, vocal performance and story to the next, one hat at a time. Pajunen will introduce the audience to styles such as throat singing, beatboxing and scat.

Much of the music in the concert is improvised – or pulled out of a hat – and some songs are also created through dialogue with the audience. The ear-catching soundscape is created in tandem with the sound designer who works his magic behind the mixing desk.
